Redneck is a derogatory slang term used in reference to poor, uneducated white farmers, especially from the Southern United States. The term characterized farmers having a red neck caused by sunburn from hours working in the fields. A redneck and a fly goes hand in hand as peas and carrots, wherever there are redneckes there are also flies. The reasons for this could be many, the warm weather, lack of indoor plumbing, bad hygiene, etc. Eventhough the fly and the redneck are often hang out together, they both hate eachother. The fly hate redneck for trying to kill it, and the redneck hate the fly for being annoying.
